We use FedEx as our shipping partner for India.
All orders within India are shipped free of charge.
We use FedEx and DHL as our shipping partners for all International orders.
All International orders carry a flat 35 USD shipping fee.
All orders are processed and shipped within 4 business days of receipt of order confirmation.

Taxes & Duties
All orders for India carry an 18% GST, included in the price you pay for the watches.
For international orders, our invoice value does not include duties that your country may charge for imports. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping company (FedEx or DHL) at the time of delivery.
We use Razorpay as our payment partner for India and International orders.
We support all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Net Banking for our patrons in India and all major Credit Cards for our International patrons.
Exchange & Refunds
Our watches are produced in limited numbers, we are not in a position to offer any returns or refund requests once your orders are placed, and payments are processed.
If you've placed a pre-order we can entertain an exchange to another example in the same collection if stocks are available.
Exchanges are not possible beyond the pre-order period.
In the unlikely event that the watch you receive is damaged or isn't the one you ordered, our concierge can arrange a replacement.

We usually open pre-orders on our website for new collections 30-60 days ahead of delivery.
When you place a pre-order through our website, you pay full price for the watch you wish to reserve.
Once you place a pre-order, you'll receive an order confirmation and updates about delivery timelines via email.
All watches sold by Bangalore Watch Company™ are guaranteed to be genuine, in new condition, and free from defects.
All watches come with a manufacturer's warranty for a period of 2 years from the date of puchase.
Incidence of defects in new watches is extremely low, there may be occasions in which warranty work becomes necessary.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any problems with your watch, and we will arrange for a warranty pickup after initial investigation over the phone. You may be asked to send us photos of defects or the problem, if at all.
Our warranty does not cover material defects arising out of breakages, negligence, or wear and tear.
