Our Open House at the Trident Hotel, Mumbai, brought together a vibrant mix of collectors, new customers, and long-time followers of the brand. Attendees experienced our collection of Indian luxury watches firsthand, getting a feel for their weight, fit, and finish. Each piece came with its story, shared by our customer experience and other team members who were available throughout the day.

Other than showcasing the watches, the open house helps us build a deeper connection. Our customer experience team walked visitors through the finer details and helped them understand what makes each collection, be it a pilot watch, cricket-inspired watch, or a space watch. It was a relaxed environment set up for learning, trying, and interacting.
