Europa Star featured the Peninsula Carbon, Bangalore Watch Company's latest limited edition in the Peninsula collection. The article explores how the watch shifts the collection's focus from India's mountains, forests, and coastlines to the cities that drive modern life and the carbon footprint they leave behind.

At the centre of the watch is ReforgeCarbon™, a proprietary dial material developed in collaboration with Bangalore-based material science company Carbon Craft. The material combines forged carbon fibre with recovered carbon black, a substance reclaimed from industrial byproducts that would otherwise be released into the atmosphere as pollutants. The result is a lightweight, durable material, with each dial bearing a unique texture formed during manufacturing.
