Worn & Wound

Worn & Wound featured Forty-Seven, Bangalore Watch Company's first pocket watch, written by Zach Kazan. The article explores how the brand takes a hard right turn in style after a series of contemporary releases, reaching back to the middle of the 20th century, a period it felt was worth revisiting.

At the centre of the watch is a 46 mm stainless steel case with a rose gold PVD finish, running on a Ronda quartz movement. The off-white linen-textured dial, cathedral hands, and old-radium lume all nod to that mid-century period, paired with a lanyard-style leather strap and personalized caseback engraving.
