WHY YOU'LL LIKE IT:

A new strap makes up for a whole new watch that you didn't know you already owned. The Jaisalmer Khaki strap with a matching black buckle is a dedicated partner to your tactical watch that needs a tactical strap. Built with a textile upper, and reinforced with a genuine leather lining, the Jaisalmer Khaki is built to last - perhaps a few more Indian summers than usual. Quick-release pins allow you to change straps in just a few seconds, try one for the weekday, and another for the weekend.

BACKSTORY OF THIS STRAP:

At the outer edge of the Thar Desert, on the border of India and Pakistan lies the golden city of Jaisalmer. With desert temperatures of scorching heatwaves in the summer and dry, harsh, and bitter cold nights in the winter, Jaisalmer houses one of India's Forward Airforce stations, as part of the South Western Air Command.

It was this base from which IAFs Hunter Aircrafts laid the tombstones of more than a regiment of enemy tanks in the 1971 Bangladesh Liberation war, the episode now known as the Battle of Longewala. It is this AF Base, that forms the inspiration for our "Jaisalmer Khaki" straps for the MACH 1
